The Maillol Suite, of 25m², is located on the first floor of a beautiful historical building in the heart of downtown Perpignan, on Place de la République. Please note that there is no elevator.
The suite is named after Aristide Maillol (1861-1944), an artist famous for his unique sculptures of female nudes that you’ll be able to admire during your strolls around the city centre. In his hometown of Banyuls-sur-Mer you can take a tour called “Dans les pas d’Aristide” (“In the footsteps of Aristide”).

The apartment opens into a bright and well-organized space. The walls are painted in shades of light and dark gray, creating a modern and elegant atmosphere. Its windows overlook Rue de Mirabeau. The floor is covered with light-colored tiles, in harmony with the furniture made of oak wood. The layout of the space is designed to maximize every available square meter.
Comfort and charm
The well-equipped kitchenette, despite its compact size, includes a Lavazza capsule machine for making coffee and tea, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, as well as cups, plates, and cutlery. However, there is no cooking hob, making the space more suitable for light meals. In the living area, you will find two comfortable armchairs arranged around a small table, creating a space conducive to relaxation. Next to it, a larger table can serve as a desk for those who need to work during their stay.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been freshly renovated and offers a modern atmosphere. It is equipped with a large shower, a sink, and a toilet. The finishes are meticulous and contemporary, adding a touch of luxury to this compact space.
Despite the lack of an elevator, the central location on Place de la République in Perpignan and the modern amenities make this suite an attractive choice for those seeking comfortable and functional accommodation for their stay in the city.
