The 39m² apartment with a balcony on the second floor of a historic building, located in the heart of Perpignan, offers a space that is both modern and functional. The walls, painted in dark gray and beige tones, create an elegant and soothing atmosphere.
The Castillet is part of the symbolism of our city, hence the name of this suite. Built at the end of the 14th century, it has become the emblem of Perpignan. It was one of the gates of the old fortifications. Today, it marks the entrance to the historic centre of the city. It houses the Casa Pairal Museum on Local History and Ethnography, a five-minute walk away.
Sleep Well
Upon entering, a welcoming seating area features an armchair and a sofa convertible into a double bed, allowing for accommodating additional guests. Next to it, there is a spacious sleeping area with a large double bed, providing optimal comfort for a good night’s sleep.
Fitted kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is practical and well-organized, including a refrigerator, a kitchenette with hob, a toaster, a microwave, as well as a Lavazza coffee and tea machine, providing everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. A functional dining table is also part of the kitchen, offering an ideal space for daily meals or working on a laptop.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been completely renovated, offering a fresh and modern ambiance. The sanitary facilities are modern, and the chosen colors contribute to creating a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
The suite is also equipped with reversible air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. The entire apartment benefits from natural light through its windows on the second floor, although the lack of an elevator may require a bit of effort to access this elegant residence in the heart of Perpignan.
